I was excited to try Ninety’s Ice Cream and Sandwich Shop for the first time, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, there were no customers in the store, yet there were three employees behind the counter. After placing our order and walking toward the seating area, we noticed that none of the tables had been wiped down. The glass partition around the serving area, although partially covered with decorative designs, had several peeling sections and was visibly dirty. The floors also appeared to need attention. To make matters worse, my order was prepared incorrectly. One employee politely offered to correct the mistake, which I appreciated. However, while the correction was being made, the employees began talking loudly among themselves about how “people lie just to get freebies.” The conversation continued even as other customers entered the store. Whether their comments were directed at me or not, it was unprofessional, inappropriate, and made for a very uncomfortable experience. The ice cream is always great. I was disappointed in the customer service. I waited a long time for my order (while others who ordered after me got theirs), just for it to be completely wrong. I ordered two scoops in a cup of graham cracker and banana pudding ice cream. I received a cone of coconut. I also ordered a cookie, which I had to remind them to get, after the initial wait. I hope this was just a bad moment, but please do better. 🙁

This place is super dirty and serves regular bluebell ice cream. Cookies were good but this place is super filthy, definitely won’t be back to a place this dirty.

Went for dessert and got more that what I expected. It was a great experience the associates were great. there was no line we had to wait for about 10 mins which was fine because it was our first visit. The monster was more than I could handle I wanted to finish it all but I got full the brownie was good and the chocolate chip cookie was soft just like I like. Definitely will be back💕

Ninety's Ice Cream and Sandwich is fantastic. The service was friendly and impressively quick, making the experience even more enjoyable. Their wide selection of ice creams and specialty desserts is a treat for anyone with a sweet tooth. I enjoyed a Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Cone— it was absolutely delicious! The convenient location was just a stone's throw from where we had dinner, made it the perfect spot for dessert. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area.
